What is a Calorie Calculator?

How to Use This Calculator

Activity Level Guide
- Sedentary: Little or no exercise
- Lightly active: Light exercise 1-3 days/week
- Moderately active: Moderate exercise 3-5 days/week
- Very active: Hard exercise 6-7 days/week
- Extra active: Very hard exercise, physical job
Using Your Calorie Number
To lose weight, eat 250-500 calories below your maintenance level. To gain weight, eat 250-500 calories above. Aim for gradual changes of 1-2 lbs per week for sustainable results.
